May 2020 bring more healing joys to your practices!
This year has taught me alot about my current relationship to practice. I’m learning that I tend to stop practicing when I begin to feel pain. – even if they might be growing pains. I hope to face fear straight on with more accountability in the coming year. May my practices bring joyful reasons to invest in the growing pains that ultimately help heal myself.
This year I’m bringing back my practice in movement through dance. 💃
With the help of Ally Vega, I’m able to explore dance in a way that is geared to my personal goals. I hope to exercise body movement, musicality, and challenge my brain with keeping up in choreography – helping sharpen my personal and professional practices while also calling in healing joy!
